Changed your mind?

We do not offer refunds in the case of a change of mind. This applies whether you have found a cheaper alternative elsewhere, have simply decided that you do not like the product or service, or have determined that it serves no purpose for you. We kindly invite you to review the policy in greater detail.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

We only offer refunds and accept cancellations of appointments made 48 hours prior to the appointment date/time. If you cancel your appointment without 48 hours’ notice or you don’t show up, we reserve the right to charge you a Cancellation Fee or No Show Fee which may include retaining a prepaid deposit, retaining a prepaid treatment or charging you 50% of the RRP of your treatment.

We do not refund for change of mind, but we may refund and provide goods and services within a reasonable time if required by relevant laws. We also hold the discretionary right to refund you if we cannot provide the treatments you purchased or you are not suitable for them, and refunds for whole Packages will not be provided unless required by relevant laws.

It is your responsibility to determine if our procedures and products are suitable for you and to provide us with all the required information before your treatment. Pre-paid treatments cannot be transferred to other individuals or to other treatment areas and have an expiration date of 12 or 18 months from the purchase date.

If you have unforeseen circumstances, you may suspend your pre-paid treatment package for up to 12 months, once per package. You may be required to provide supporting documentation, and the time left for the expiration of your pre-paid treatments will remain the same and will be reinstated once you reinitiate your pre-paid treatment package with us.
